Frequently asked questions
The letters we answer most
How does the free trial work?
Thirty days with the full platform, no credit card. Create the account and you're in. At the end, you choose a plan — or you simply don't, and nothing gets charged.
What are the plans?
Resident and Radiologist, plus Enterprise for teams, on request. The prices and what changes between them are in the pricing table on the home page; what you read there is what shows up on your statement.
I'm at a public academic institution. How do I prove my affiliation?
Attendings at public academic institutions get special terms on the annual Radiologist plan, with proof. Write to us with a document that shows the affiliation (a badge, a letter from the institution, or a pay stub), and the team sends you a coupon, already applied when you choose your plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You cancel inside the platform, with no waiting period and no retention call. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Are my reports and macros safe?
Your documents, templates, and macros belong to you. The platform exists to serve your authorship. Exporting and taking what's yours is part of that. For specific questions about your data, write to the team.
Why does Voxel ask for access to my Google account?
To bring your schedule in. If your shifts already live in Google Calendar, Voxel reads the calendars and Google Tasks lists you choose and brings them into your calendar here. On the way back, it writes the on-call shifts, appointments and tasks you create on the platform to a calendar and a list of its own, both named Voxel. No other calendar is touched. Connecting is optional, and disconnecting deletes everything that came from Google. We don't sell this data, use it for ads or use it to train AI. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
I ran into a technical problem. What do I do?
Send it over WhatsApp or email with a short description of what happened and, if you can, a screenshot. The people who answer are the ones who build the platform. The diagnosis is usually quick.
