Try one of our tools

Choose below and explore without signing up.

Your entire day, centralized.

Track reports, schedule, and earnings in a single view. Strip away the software noise and get back to deep diagnostic work.

It finishes the thought. The authorship stays yours.

It learns how you phrase a finding and offers the next sentence in your own words, down to your specific nuances for uncertainty. An intelligence in service of yours — never in place of it.

Structure serves thought. Never the reverse.

The rigor of a protocol, the freedom of your own hand. The structure holds the checklist so you can hold the case. Consistency stops being your effort; it becomes the tool's.

Your career is bigger than one report. So is the platform.

Shifts, schedule, and what each one paid, aware of one another, so a night on the calendar becomes a line in the ledger by morning. The report is the work; everything around it is the career.

Our origin

We were born in the reading room.

2024 · The front line

While the world argued about whether artificial intelligence would replace the physician, we were reading. Residents at HCFMUSP, shift after shift, three in the morning, seeing up close where radiology actually hurts.

“The workflow felt fractured. Too many disconnected tools, fragmented descriptors, anatomical mix-ups waiting to happen, and precious hours wasted on administrative noise.”

The build

What was missing was a tool worthy of the mind behind it. Medicine has evolved this way before: the lens extended the eye, the stethoscope the ear, and neither ever made the diagnosis. We brought in engineers and built what we couldn't find: a way of reading that doesn't box the reader in, and doesn't predetermine what the report will say.

The reincarnations

We tore the platform down and rebuilt it, more times than we care to count. What began as a library of findings became a hub for structured reports, where the radiologist reads however they see fit. It grew up at the University of São Paulo and was tested in the residents' own shifts: thousands of studies read under real pressure, before a line of it was ever sold. Today it leaves the hospital.

We built it for ourselves first. Then we realized it was yours too.
